Ashley Perry, MPH leads Socially Determined's core client- and market-facing functions, including client solutions, customer success, content, marketing, strategy, partnerships, policy, and thought leadership. As part of this, she built and manages a multidisciplinary team that leverages the insights generated through the company's SocialScape platform, social risk data, and SDOH expertise to manage risk, improve outcomes, and advance equity – at scale.

Ashley is a public health practitioner and researcher by training and experienced leader whose career has bridged health care and public health. She previously launched and scaled population health and SDOH solutions for the Advisory Board, Premier, and Kaufman Hall.
She also led initiatives and teams for organizations ranging from an academic research center to a network of federally qualified health centers and the country’s largest local health department.

Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Health Policy from Duke and Master’s degree in Public Health from Columbia. She is a Certified Public Health Professional and Leadership Council member for DC Greens, a non-profit committed to advancing food justice in the nation’s capital. She is a frequent speaker at national conferences on topics related to SDOH, social risk analytics, health equity, socio-clinical interventions, and impact evaluations and was recognized by Modern Healthcare in 2020 as a Top 25 Emerging Leader in the field as "one of the most impressive leaders driving change across the industry."
