A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Americas Houston for registered conference attendees at a discounted rate of $209 per night. Discounted rate offered based on availability through October 19, 2018. what should I wear?

What does the conference mobile app allow me to do?

With our mobile app, you can view the event agenda, explore professional profiles of event speakers and attendees, send in-app messages, exchange contact information, post job openings, find someone to go to lunch/dinner with, receive updates such as last minute room chnages, download presentation documents and slides, and much more!

How do I download the mobile app?

If you have registered for the event, you can download the mobile app by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used to register when signing into the app.

If you aren’t directly added to the event and are asked for an event invitation code when accessing the event, please type in the invitation code provided to you when you registered.

Already used the Whova app in the past? Double-check that it is installed on your phone, and log in using your existing account email and password.

can my company move-in early?

You cannot move in prior to the assigned date and time. There are other events being hosted at our conference hotel and the facility needs time to set-up for our event before we can move in exhibitors.

do we receive a pre-show list of attendees?

We do not promise a pre-show list, but generally try to send one out at least 1 week prior to the event. When sent, we ask that this list only be used for contact purposes and not for marketing spam.

how do I access my exhibitor profile on the mobile app?

can I use the conference mobile app to collect leads?

Yes, you can use our the Whova’s Lead Generation and Retrieval solutions at no cost to you. Click here for a quick tutorial on how to use the system.

What is included with the booth?

Each 8' x 10' booth is 8' wide and 10' deep and will be set with 8' high black back drape, 3' high black side dividers, one 6' x 30" black skirted table, two Limerick chairs, one wastebasket, and a 7" x 44" identification sign.

What are the exhibitor hours?

Monday, November 12 from 5:00PM-7:00PM and Tuesday, November 13 from 12:00PM-1:30PM. We will be hosting a welcome reception and lunch in the exhibit hall to gain more foot traffic to your booth.

how many complimentary registration passes do I receive?

All exhibitors receive 1 complimentary registration pass. Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased at a discounted rate of $250.

What events do i have access to with an exhibitor badge?

Exhibitor badges provide access to the exhibit hall, exhibitor lunch and the welcome reception.
