Mr. Sorrentino is an attorney and CPA who was the practice leader and General Counsel for the Benefits division of a large Midwestern Consulting Group for 32 years. In addition to many public speaking engagements, Mr. Sorrentino is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Creighton University School of Law where he teaches a course on ERISA for Group Health Plans. Currently, Mr. Sorrentino serves as President of HPfid, a company specializing in the training of broker/consultants on matters related to the fiduciary responsibilities of health plan sponsors as enumerated under the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA).
