BasePoint BreakThrough is designed for young adults and adults, providing evidence-based PHP and IOP treatment for individuals navigating mental health challenges, life transitions, and co-occurring concerns. BreakThrough emphasizes whole-person care that includes individual, group, and family therapy, psychiatric support, and relapse prevention.

In addition to in-person care, BasePoint’s Virtual IOP program extends treatment across the state, making high-quality mental health services accessible to families in rural and underserved communities.
