Cari Lee, Vice President of Government Affairs, Quest Analytics Cari is responsible for monitoring state and federal regulations, working with new and prospective regulatory clients, and advocating for effective regulation of network adequacy and accuracy. Cari has over fifteen years of combined insurance policy and legislative experience, including her role as the Division Administrator for the State of Wisconsin’s Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, Division of Regulation and Enforcement.
