Kathryn is the Director of Product Growth for all health plan research at the Advisory Board Company. In this role she collaborates with executives across the country to understand their strategic goals and challenges, while identifying Advisory Board insights that support and advance their priorities. Kathryn has been with the Advisory Board for 4 years, and previously served in a number of patient care capacities at Advocate Aurora and Wheaton Franciscan Health System.

Kathryn has a Bachelors in Biomedical Sciences from Marquette University.
