Lisa Wright is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Community Health Choice. Before joining Community, Lisa served as North Regional Medicare President for WellCare Health Plans. She was responsible for directing and leading the execution of business strategies and operational plans for New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maine, Kentucky, North Carolina, and New Hampshire. Prior to WellCare, she held several positions at UnitedHealthcare.

Her last held was leading the Dual Special Needs Plan (DSNP), Medicare-Medicaid Plan (MMP) and Nursing Facilities (NF) lines of business in Texas. She was responsible for strategic direction that led to double-digit growth, increased STARS performance, risk-adjustment optimization, operational excellence as well as member, provider and employee satisfaction. Lisa also held other leadership roles where she was accountable for TANF, CHIP and LTC programs in various states.

Lisa holds a master’s degree in business administration from University of Maryland, and a bachelor’s degree from University of Kentucky.
