Melissa Linder is a diversified health care professional with more than 25 years’ experience in various areas of the industry. Currently, Melissa serves as the Director, Product Manager of the VBPM product at MedeAnalytics. She spent several years overseeing the quality and care management departments of payer organizations and, most recently, a large physician owned multispecialty clinic. While Melissa has spent the bulk of her career on the administrative side, she also has almost 10 years of direct patient care experience in the clinical setting as a Certified Medical Assistant. Providing direct patient care alongside healthcare providers built her foundation and passion for quality healthcare and understanding the needs of the patient as well as the provider.

Prevention and wellness are embedded deep within Melissa’s passion and drives her to push for quality health care through value based performance management. Melissa holds her Bachelors of Human Services through Upper Iowa University and her Masters in Healthcare Administration through Des Moines University. She is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality through the National Association for Healthcare Quality.
