Patrick Vinck, MD, is a family medicine physician and Arizona Medical Director at PopHealthCare. PopHealthCare is value-based provider of in-home primary care for high risk populations. In his role, Dr. Vinck is responsible for driving clinical innovation as well as growth, strategic partnerships, long-term and in-home care delivery, new site launches, and quality improvement. Dr. Vinck is a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Medicine. He was previously the medical director at a multi-state, independent primary care organization. He has extensive experience leading collaborative care teams in value-based systems caring for high complexity patient populations.
