Mr. Sofoul is the co-founder of Benefits Science and serves as the CEO & President of the company. He previously served as the President of a specialized healthcare consulting firm based in The Woodlands, TX. In addition to his experience as a start-up specialist, Mr. Sofoul has led organizations in both the manufacturing and services sectors. His previous experience includes serving as the Vice-President of a heavy equipment manufacturing firm based in Houston, TX as well as managing director of a financial consulting firm based in The Woodlands, TX.

Mr. Sofoul received his B.S. in Finance and received an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Mr. Sofoul currently resides in Boston, MA with his wife and four children.
