Tamara Ward is the Market Leader & Regional Vice President for Oscar Health - a tech enabled health insurance company based in NYC . Tamara is responsible for building Oscar's footprint in individual, family, and Medicare Advantage lines of business throughout Texas , Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Iowa markets. Prior to joining Oscar she spent over 14 years leading payer-provider partnerships, operational turnarounds, population health, and direct to employer strategies for health systems, payers, and clinically integrated networks.

Tamara just recently relocated to the DFW area with her family in May. She holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business and MBA from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.
