Biography

With Navitus since 2004, Tom Radloff offers extensive professional pharmaceutical experience to support the full spectrum of clinical and account management needs. Tom's clinical and operational expertise includes extensive experience in such areas as prior authorization, drug trend and health management, clinical operations, and formulary management.

With support from his team, Tom coordinates the implementation of Navitus’ entire spectrum of programs with existing clients and communicates program management capabilities to prospective clients. Tom manages Clinical Account and Client Services teams based in the Midwest, and supports his teams’ efforts to improve quality of care while mitigating overall health care costs.

Tom is also responsible for managing account relationship strategy, and ultimate retention of accounts and growth of the business. Prior to joining Navitus, Tom served as the Pharmacy Coordinator for Dean Pharmacy, a multi-specialty integrated health care delivery system based in Madison, Wisconsin and owned by SSM Health. His responsibilities included managing the day-to-day operations for eight pharmacies in the Dean network, including inventory control, staffing, scheduling, and project development to increase the efficiency and delivery of pharmacy information to patients.

His managed care experience also includes several years at Dean Health Plan/Dean Health Insurance, Inc., where his responsibilities included supervising the prior authorization process, developing and enacting ad hoc reporting processes for audits, maintaining the MAC pricing for pharmacy reimbursement, and sustaining a superior customer service policy for the Dean Health Plan pharmacy department. This includes both commercial and managed Medicaid lines of business.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a licensed pharmacist in the state of Wisconsin.
