As Deputy General Counsel of the SCAN Group and Health Plan, Janet provides a proactive, highly strategic and collaborative approach to legal and regulatory issues and develops innovative solutions as SCAN continues to expand geographically, including into the Texas market, to grow its portfolio of product offerings to bring new innovations to senior healthcare. Janet has many years of experience working with integrated systems, namely focusing on payers, managed care, and value-based care payment models.
