Luke Prettol is the Lead Benefits Strategy Consultant for AT&T and his team is responsible for the strategic design of AT&T’s active and retiree health plans. Luke is passionate about equitable healthcare quality and financing innovations to create a high-value benefits ecosystem. Luke holds a BBA in Human Resource Management from Baylor University and earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
