Nick Snoply is the Chief Administrative Officer of PopHealthCare and Emcara Health. An energetic leader with extensive experience in human capital management, he is responsible for leading human resources, growth and strategy initiatives, and enterprise development with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Prior to joining PopHealthCare, Mr. Snoply spent more than 15 years in executive leadership roles focused on organizational design and effectiveness and strategic planning. Most recently, he served as Chief Administrative Officer for the American Health Network at Optum.
He is a graduate of Indiana State University with a degree in journalism, has completed executive education at Columbia Business School, and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
