Scott is a Healthcare Executive and a skilled strategist with a background spanning multiple industries and roles. He is responsible for NEMT transportation operations in Texas and 14 other states for Access2Care. He and his team manage care coordination and community services for Managed Care Organizations across the Western U.S., delivering improved quality of life for millions of Medicare and Medicaid members.
He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management.
