Sunshine has more than 20 years of experience in data administration oversight, project management, and operational improvements. She brings a unique blend of advanced technical and communication skills, which allow her to liaise effectively across varied disciplines and stakeholder groups. She provides comprehensive data administration solutions, including ensuring data integrity, assessing data quality, increasing efficiency and effectiveness of operations, as well as process documentation, including the review and revision of policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Mazars, she spent more than 10 years of experience overseeing provider data management. In her role as the Manager for the Veteran Administration’s Data Management and Claims Operations Management at HealthNet Federal Services, Sunshine was responsible for managing data for more than 350,000 providers. She oversaw a team of 300 employees including 10 direct reports. Previously, Sunshine worked within the TRICARE Division where she managed a team of data analysts responsible for the automated loading and updating of provider data, geographic mapping of providers, as well as identification of data anomalies.
