Tabatha Erck, EdD, MPA is President and Chief Executive Officer at Zipari, the first and only CX SaaS platform built exclusively for health insurance. Prior to Zipari, Dr. Erck served as Chief Executive Officer for Fulcrum Health, Inc, a specialty health organization, and was most recently Chief Operating Officer at Remedy, a venture backed digital health-care company. Dr. Erck received her doctorate in leadership and health care public policy at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.
