Sponsorship Agreement

If you are a TAHP member in good standing, your 10% member discount will be applied at invoicing.

Your sponsorship is not secured until payment is received. Once paid, you’ll receive access to the sponsor portal with registration links, hotel details, and marketing deadlines.

To ensure you receive sponsor updates, please whitelist sponsors@tahpconference.com and info@tahpconference.com.

SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENTI have read the Marketing Deadlines and fully understand if promotional or other deadlines are missed, our company forfeits that sponsorship benefit. No exceptions will be made.
By submitting this form, I agree to pay the cost of the sponsorship selected upon receipt of the invoice and understand that written cancellation is required and must be postmarked no later than 60 days from receipt of the invoice to qualify for a refund. All refunds are subject to a $500 administrative fee. Sponsorships purchased after September 2, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.
