Sponsorship Agreement

Submit the sponsorship agreement form below. Once processed, you’ll receive an invoice payable online by ACH or credit card.

Your sponsorship is not secured until payment is received.

TAHP members in good standing will receive a 10% discount at invoicing.

After payment, you’ll gain access to the sponsor portal with key details and deadlines.

SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENTI have read the Marketing Deadlines and fully understand if promotional or other deadlines are missed, our company forfeits that sponsorship benefit. No exceptions will be made.
By submitting this form, I agree to pay the cost of the sponsorship selected upon receipt of the invoice and understand that written cancellation is required and must be postmarked no later than 60 days from receipt of the invoice to qualify for a refund. All refunds are subject to a $500 administrative fee. Sponsorships purchased after September 2, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.
